I have a set of Goodyear Assurance TripleTread All-Season tires on my Honda Accord and I can highly recommend them. They are quiet, smooth, are wearing great. I now have 35,000 miles on them and they still have about half their tread left. They are not a cheap tire but they are IMO one of the best you could install on your Camry.
NO.
If your 1991 Toyota Camry is vibrating, the tires might be wearing unevenly. This could be due to parts that are worn in the front end or even from tires that are damaged.
The tires are 195/65 R-15.
Check near the tires.
195 70R14
The proper pressure for you vehicle's tires will be listed on the label on the driver side door jamb.
The Toyota Camry LE uses (a) 195 70 14 or (b) 205 65 15
The bolt pattern should be the same, but the wheels on a 93 are 14", not 16", so if you use low profile tires, you should be OK.
