From Chicago take I-90 WEST (avoids Milwaukee) to I-94 in Wisconsin. I-90, 39 and 94 all join up with each other making I-39/90/94. Eventually you want to continue WEST on I-94 towards Minneapolis. From there take I-94 WEST to I-494 at EXIT 249 in Minnesota. You will want to take I-494 SOUTH. Then take I-494 to 24th St at EXIT 2B. Turn left onto 24th St SOUTH, then take 24th St to the Mall of America. It will be on your right a few lights down.
