grizzly hills are located just to the right of icecrown in northrend.
it is a very good place to level up around 73-74 after tundra.
you can gear up fast and the xp is quite reasonable for the simplicity of the quests.
for level 80's it is also a very good place for daily quests.
I'd recommend Zul'Drak or maybe Grizzly Hills.
