There is no special name for the Israeli Police Force. In Hebrew, they are referred to as Bitakhon (ביטחון) which means "Security Forces".
There are many variations and imitations of the cz75 pistol. The Czech models themselves do not seem to have been used by Israel, but two guns based upon the cz75 were (or are) among those used by Israeli forces. These are the Jericho 941(also called the Magnum Research Baby Eagle), and the Bul Cherokee. These small-arms are all used by Israeli security forces and police, not the Israeli army.
