They have low attack and defence points most of the time and must be in a specific position to activate effects
It is related to the morphtronic theme, but because it does not have 'Morphtronic' in its name, it is not a 'Morphtronic card' for any effect that looks for one.
In game terms, a "Morphtronic Monster" is a monster with the word "Morphtronic" in the name. Power Tool Dragon does not have Morphtronic in the name, so cards that work specifically on Morphtronic Monsters (such as Morphtronic Radion) do not work on Power Tool Dragon.
In Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia, Leo uses a Deck titled "Morphtronic Festival". In the anime, he also uses a Morphtronic Deck with Power Tool Dragon as his trump card."Morphtronic Festival"Extra Deck (3)3x Power Tool Dragon (Key Card)Lvl 1-4 (20)3x Morphtronic Boomboxen3x Morphtronic Radion3x Morphtronic Magnen3x Morphtronic Scopen3x Morphtronic Boarden2x Morphtronic Remoten3x Morphtronic CelfonSpells (12)1x Break! The thing about morphtronics is that they can be really tricky One minute your losing, then the next you through out a wicked combo like with morphtronic datatron, morphtronic cord, and a gadget driver Equip the morphtronic cord to morphtronic datatron then discard a gadget driver from your hand your morphtronic datatron goes into defence mode, get to destroy one one spell or trap card and your opponent loses 300 life points
No. It stops anything that specifically targets a morphtronic monster. For example, it would negate Trap hole or Sakaretsu Armor as they both specifically target a monster. However, Morphtronic Cameran would NOT stop Mirror Force or Lightning Vortex, which simply destroy vast quantities of opponents monsters. I would add Morphtronic Forcefield,as it is a counter trap and blocks any opponent's spell or trap effect that would destroy a Morphtronic Monster, and add a Morphtronic card to your hand.

my morphtronic deck always needs improving in order to keep up with the game just like everyone else. but, my deck does win tournament matches so, my deck is competitive.
Both of Morphtronic Radion's effects are continuous and never 'activate'. Because they never activate, Divine Wrath can't be used against them.
Leo uses a Morphtronic deck
Yes, a Morphtronic monster's face-down effect can still activate when it is flipped face-up, as long as the conditions for activation are met. For Morphtronic Datatron, its effect to inflict 300 damage per turn when in defense position only activates while it is face-up on the field. If it remains face-down, it cannot inflict damage until it is flipped face-up and its effect is activated.
Titanic had eleven decks, eight of them were passenger decks.
Leo plays a Morphtronic/Power Tool Dragondeck.
