Dear Ser,
14 % Shortage or Water crises can be and should be solved by we citizens. In our Housing Society I throttled main Valve of two tanks in such a manner that no body faced problem of shortage or less Water pressure but actually Water pressure was reduced by me.
This reduced Wastage of Water and we saved a lot for the small town Koparkhairane. In Times of India Navi Mumbai plus it was printed.
