We should not leave the land barren but do some fielding on it so that the nutrients present in the soil does not leave the soil during rainy season and the soil can be protected with its nutrients and erosion could not take place

What does not cause erosion?

There are many things which cause erosion, and far more which don't. Compare your question to: "How many animals on earth are not chickens?". I can speculate as to what you mean, and provide a specific list of potential answers, speaking in Geological terms:Factors which do not directly contribute to erosion like the Sun and Moon.Weathering, including humans, plants and animals, does not affect erosionGravity (though this may also be indirectly related)Tectonic activitySedimentary processesMetamorphismGlobal warming (though this may be indirectly related)I hope this short list helps to answer your question.

When soil gets worn out it may lead to what?

erosion

What is the main cause of soil erosion?

Farmers could not farm a field for one year, or you could do something to help control flooding. You can also put ditches around the field to catch the eroded soil. Soil erosion's are caused when deforestation is followed. The roots of the trees holds the soil firmly underground to prevent soil erosion as well as to get nutrients for themselves from the soil. But when people starts to chop down trees erosion's will naturally follow up. Erosion is caused by the improper turning or improper treatment of soil, leading to unhealthy soil, which eventually lead to erosion. People can prevent erosion by taking proper care of the soil and tilling and turning it properly so the soil can stay healthy.

Is a horn results of erosion or deposition?

Both. The horn itself may be the result of ancient sedimentary depositional processes, but glacial erosion contributes to its characteristic shape.

Compare and contrast weathering and erosion?

Factors: Erosion occurs because of factors like wind, water, ice, human activities like deforestation etc. Weathering, on the other hand is caused by contact with the earth's atmosphere. These atmospheric conditions may be heat, pressure etc. Movement: Erosion is caused by the movement of eroding agents while in weathering there is no movement. Weathering is caused when rocks come in contact with atmospheric conditions but there is no movement involved of either of the components.

How do human activities affect the natural process of erosion?

Humans have no effect on wind erosion.Humans are causing global warming, which is then changing the climate. This may mean that wind direction and strength changes, which might cause more or less erosion, but that is the only way humans can affect wind erosion.

How do humans affect erosion by logging?

Human beings may cause erosion by activities such as farming or games. They may also cause erosion by cutting down trees and other vegetation that act as windbreakers.

How does man's activies affect the balance of nature?

Man's activities may affect the balance of nature positively or negatively. If human beings are careless, their activities end up endangering natural habitats and the weather patterns.

What is cliff recession?

Cliff recession refers to the gradual retreat or erosion of a cliff due to natural processes such as weathering, erosion, and coastal erosion. It can be caused by factors such as wave action, rainfall, freeze-thaw cycles, and human activities. Over time, the cliff face may become less stable, leading to its gradual collapse or retreat landward.

Can Unconformities be caused by erosion?

Unconformities are either a feature of deposition or igneous extrusions; and are not as a result of erosion, yet the material making one up may be a product of erosion.
