2- last 10 to 20 times longer
3- heat emission is very low (less fire risk)

colour of light is not good too blue also light output from LED can drop over time.

∙ 10y agoThey use far less energy than a incandescent or fluorescent bulb and they will last much much longer. They also come on instantly with no warm up needed.
