1. No restrictions on how you get around - you could just jump

2. You would never lose anything because it would be just floating in front of you.

Disadvantages

1. You would lose bone mass and you muscles would get weaker over the passing of time

2. Nothing would hold together including the planets and galaxies - planets would stop orbiting

3. We would not be able to make fire

4. You could easily get dehydrated - the fluids in your body usually pool in your lower abdomen, but with no gravity there would be a huge fluid distribution change, that's why astronauts are always drinking water
