Oxygen is a highly abundant molecule, so it's dirt cheap to "add" to water and supplements. No scientific evidence exists that these "oxygenated" waters are any superior to normal tap water. From the perspective of a marketer, you can sell this cheap product for many times more than it costs you to produce. By convincing people they're getting something special, you serve to make a very handsome profit.
