to tell the truth, i think more kids are playing more violent games nowadays because they dont really have to do anything while adults have work and more chorses. but i think, even with those numbers. billions of people play violent video games every day
I for one am twelve years old and play shockingly violent video games in the morning, the afternoon and the evening. At night, I go out and stalk random people. I follow them into their homes and hide in their bathrooms, and wait till they have to take a shower. And when they least expect it, I open the curtain and stab them in the face.
Then I go to sleep.
Way too many. The exact number couldn't be counted.
The exact answer to this question, can't really be said, as people aren't watched 24/7.
10000000000
There are all ages everyone play video games.
Males, ages 16-24.
People of all ages play video games and many have the income to have a number of different consoles and games
No. Homo Sapiens, as a species are naturally violent. Only a certain base of intelligence and, I'm sorry to say, morals passed down by the family someone grew up in, can make someone violent or non-violent. I, myself, (the answerer) play dozens of video games with violent content, including, but not limited to: Halo and its sequels, Fable, World of Warcraft, Ages of Empires, the Call of Duty series, and other "M" rated, violent video games. I also take martial arts, for use in self defense. I am very non-violent, even taking into account my bi-polar disorder. What the MAVV (mothers against violent video games) propagates are studies PAID FOR by the MAVV, and therefore support their argument. I think that children who have been bullied, mentally and/or physically abused are more likely to become violent than the average gamer. Watch Bowling for Colombine, which shows that the shooters in the Columbine incident didn't play video games, nor did they play paint-ball before killing all those students, they went bowling, something most people see as non-violent.

Yes
It would be impossible to get these statistics. "Like" is a very broad word that depends on personal definition. Also, many people like video games but do not play them. Video game fans are in their millions, both boys and girls of all ages. But an exact statistic will never be available.
In my oppinion, they should be allowed to do it from ages 12+. Why? Because it's a game. Simple as that. People using the argument: "Video games, turn kids violent" simply haven't raised them well enough, alongside with the virtual world.
Children of all ages who watch violent television become more violent themselves (Heusmann et al, 2003; Johnson et. al. ,2002; Singer et al., 1999)
No, I don't think they should, because video games are a source of fun to all ages.
There are several age-appropriate video games available on the PlayStation 3 for nine-year-olds. Among the best are "EyePet" (all ages), Disney's "Sing It" (all ages), "Start the Party" (all ages), and "Tumble" (all ages).
Even though most people say that video games are made for all ages there is only a specific age range where most people play them. THis range is from about 8 years (getting younger through child games) to about 30 years ( also getting older through competitive gaming).
