Well, you want to be patient. There are a lot of different skilled people in the world, so you need to respect their differences. In order for the person/group to hear you, you need to speak in an audible voice. Don't make it sound too mean, though. You could scare your group! Put your body in the proper position. If you are tutoring somebody, you should be sitting or standing in front of them or beside them. Don't just talk the whole time. You need to give the people a chance to try and do things. It would be best if you made whatever you are doing pretty fun. It makes learning or listening easier if the person is enjoying it. Also, don't be too harsh on your group. It scares people out of trying if all you do is yell or correct them. So try to fit in some compliments! Or try to correct the person/people in a kind but clear way. Make things fit for people who have physical/mental dissabilities or different skills than others. Once you get the hang of it, being a leader is really super easy! Have fun with your class or whatever it is.
