Since there have been no spacecraft probes to fly-by Pluto, and there will not be one until 2015, not much is known about this icy planet. Much of what scientists know are observations made from Charon eclipsing Pluto and Pluto's chance encounter in occulting (covering up) a star. When Pluto occulted a star, a haze was revealed suggesting that Pluto likely has an extremely thin atmosphere. This atmosphere is probably made up of a blend of nitrogen and methane. These elements may exist as a gas when Pluto is closest to the Sun, but would then freeze as Pluto moves further away.

hydrogen and helium
Methane does not condense into ice in the warmer atmospheric temperatures of Jupiter and Saturn.
3 unique characteristics of Jupiter: Jupiter is widely known for the large swirling hurricane on its surface. It is known as the Great Red Spot. Jupiter is the largest of all the planets in our solar system. Jupiter has the most moons in our solar system; leading with 63 moons total.

The physical characteristics of a place make up its natural environment. They include geographical, atmospheric, and biological processes.
Well, it would never be able to "land" on Jupiter. By the time it reached anything related to solid "land" it would be crushed under the immense atmospheric pressures.

Earth's atmospheric pressure is measured as 1 bar. Jupiter's atmospheric pressure is 100 million bars. Therefore, it is 100 million times greater
Yes,you big loser.
Jupiter is the largest of our solar system's planets and is a gas giant with long-lived atmospheric storms.
Jupiter has very strong gravity, extremely high atmospheric pressure, poisonous gasses and probably no surface.
Methane does not condense into ice in the warmer atmospheric temperatures of Jupiter and Saturn.
They would quickly be crushed by the atmospheric pressure.
