The most common method of determining mental ill health is by noting the emotions, thinking, and behaviors that are out of character for an individual, or by evaluating a set of thinking, emotions, and behaviors to see if they conform to a particular profile of mental ill health, such as psychosis.
individual thinking means thinking on your own
Attitudes is to do with ones mental state involving beliefs and feelings and values which cause you to act in certain ways. Whereas behaviour is the manner in which you are able to control your attitudes. For example if you have an attitude of disliking the fact that you are poor as regarding having little finance, then your behavioural thinking or actions can sometimes be alleviated by thinking of those who do not have anything at all. I suppose it is complaining that your shoes are to tight, until you see a man with no legs.
Massa mentality refers to a mindset where individuals conform to the opinions or behaviors of a larger group, often without critical thinking or independent judgment. It can lead to groupthink, where individuals prioritize consensus over individual analysis.
