Chevy, GMC, and Dodge make the top 3 work trucks. Toyota, Nissan and Ford round out the top 6. The Honda Ridgeline ranked at #10.
Some people would tell you Dodge is better and some would tell you Chevy, GMC, Toyota, or Nissan is better. Truth is that all of them make great dependable trucks. Ford just happens to be the best selling pickup. Seems more people like the Ford design better than Dodge.
