In this game zubat,golbat and crobat are not that bad. You get it at a good level so you can easily evolve it into a golbat. You also can get a altaria whick are very power flying and dragon type pokemon. Gliscor are also powerful flying types which can be obtained at route11. Heracross is a good fighting type pokemon. Vespiquen is a really good flying with good attack.
