There are two main types of HD TV antenna: indoor and outdoor. To use an indoor antenna, one simply connects it to the relevant port in the back of the tv, switches it on at the mains and then proceed to find the correct channel settings. An outdoor antenna is generally placed on the roof or high up and may require masonry drilling and electrical connection, so is best left to the professionals.
From a very good antenna or HD sat or HD cable co. converter box.
For an antenna with a very strong range, a good choice would be the LAVA HD2605 Ultra G3 Motorized Outdoor HDTV UHF/VHF Antenna. It is an outdoor antenna, and should give you good quality HD even at a long range.
You can purchase an HD antenna at any store that sells antennas. Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target are some of the stores just to name a few. You can also go online.
In my opinion the best hd camcorder brand is Canon. there are also other good brands like Panasonic and Sony. I have also had good luck with Kodak camcorders especially at the lower price points.
No such thing as a HD antenna. All antennas are the same. Your antenna should be a UHF/VHF type. Many new ones are powered to help get enough signal to the HD set.
I have a very long explanation of indoor antennas, but here's the short version. To almost everyone who buys one, even the best of them, they are disappointing on at least some of the channels you expect to receive. Sometimes on all of them. Critical factors are the construction of your building and where you are relative to the TV transmitting sites. An indoor antenna is a deep compromise for what you really need--a full size model erected above the roof and pointed directly at the transmitting site.
yes. or to an inside roof antenna. You will get HD only if your antenna is tuned to a station broadcasting in digital HD, and if you TV has a digital tuner.
No , You will have to upgrade you're package before receiving them. Always try and check with you provider if HD channels are available to you before buying the antenna!
You don't have to purchase a new HD TV antenna. You can purchase any type of antenna and it will work on a HDTV as well as any other television. The television is not the issue.
In order to see the different brands of HD Dvrs, the best place to look is where it will list all of them out. DirectTV seems to have the best HD Dvrs, but there is also a brand called Channel Masters that could be considered. http://www.nextag.com/direct-tv-hd-dvr/stores-html
There is no one best HD camcorder for 100-300 for everyone. Each person has personal taste on which brands they like better. There are several very good HD camcorders including Canon and Panasonic.
