AC DELCO Parts.
Most likely because its spark plugs are shut. Second best, ignition wires need to be replaced. Third best, injectors are full of carbon.
Any good quality plug and wire set will be fine for this car. There is really no need to buy real expensive plugs and wires for this vehicle. Accel makes good plugs and wires.

Disconnect the spark plug wires from the spark plug( best to do 1 at a time, so not to mix the wires). Using a 5/8 socket you can remove/install the spark plugs. Gap should be .035" and torque is 24ft-lbs.

Use AC/Delco spark plugs. The wire choices are numerous. Ask for OEM type plug wires unless you are racing this vehicle. In that case ask for Accel performance plug wires.
There are six plugs on your engine. Three on each side. The plugs can be found by following your plug wires. Looking through your wheel well is the best way to see your plugs.
Best and simplist solution is go to your local parts store and purchase a new set of wires, painless and inexpensive.
