One of the major breeding grounds for germs on our body are the hands. Hence it must always be kept clean. When you are washing your hands, always wet them by clean water. Then apply soap - this can be bar or an antibacterial hand wash - and scrub both hands properly. It is good practice to rub both palm one on another and intermittently interace the fingerswhile maintaining the scrubbing action. Rotational rubbing also is good. Finally rinse with water and dry hands with towel. If you wish to know how to wash your hands, follow these rules.
