i have a minstral called yuna who is leval 32
a priest called julio who is leval 30
a martial artist called aelita who is leval 33
a gladiator called sora who is leval 29
i think that is the best combination to win a battle is set your priest on fouces on healing. set your martial arstist on fight wisely. use you minstral to egg on your gladiator till he/she is at full tenstion then use falcon slash and it does around 300-400 damage each swipe
There are five hidden vocations. Paladin, which you can get my talking to aguy with blonde hair at the top of the palace in Gleeba. Gladiator, which you can get by talking to a priest (guy in purple outfit) by the alltrades abbey inn. Armamentalist, which you can get by a guy also in alltrades abbey with a red outfit. Sage, which you can get in gitthingam palace (second to last city) inside a bookcase where the floor is broken. Ranger, which you can get from a guy outside the heights of loneliness. You will have to do special tasks to get each one. Hope that helps
Gladiator, Paladin, Armamentalist, Ranger, Sage, Luminary.
There is also 'Guardian' (when you started, with wings)
There are 6 regular ones you start out with, and there are six that you can get by doing quests, those other vocations that you get by doing quests are Gladiator, Sage, Armamentalist, Ranger, Luminary, and Paladin
