If you mean racial diversity, then my personal answer is "very little." Being a manager myself, it is very easy for me to simply see humans, rather than color. Job performance has no color. Sometimes, employees make it obvious that color is an issue for them. When that happens, I make it very clear to them that if they see color, they aren't properly assessing the person. If it continues, I fire them.
