How can chances of a heart attack be lowered?
A sedentary life style and high fat diet can lead to heart attacks. An hour of cardio 3-4 times a week can work out your heart which may decrease your chances of having a heart attack. Also eating a healthy diet low in fat can decrease your chances. But most importantly, knowing if you have a history of heart disease and getting regular check-ups where your blood pressure, pulse, and cholesterol levels are monitored can go along way in preventing heart attack.

Can you have a heart attack while taking warfarin?
Yes, you can absolutely have a heart attack while taking warfarin. Warfarin is a blood thinning medication that is sometimes used to help prevent a recurrent heart attack in people who cannot take aspirin or clopidogrel, or who have had a heart attack while taking those medications. While warfarin reduces the chances of a recurrent heart attack, nothing completely prevents a heart attack from happening. There is also an increased risk of bleeding if taking warfarin along with aspirin or plavix.

What affects you in a heart attack?
Heart attack affects you to death. I will tell you the method of how many lives you have for heart attack. You have 3 lives in a heart attack first and second heart attack does hurt but it does not kill you to death but the third heart attack kills you to death that you die. Heart attack is really dangerous for kids under the age of 12 years because they do not have the three lives to be alive when they have heart attack they straight away die that is why children under the age of 12 years do not sit at the front seat otherwise your parents get fined you will die.
