∙ 13y agowhen a boy reaches puberty he goes through many changes, pubic hair and underarm hair will start to grow when a boy starts puberty at age: 11-12 then when he gets to around 13-14 he will have a growth spurt and his penis will start to get bigger. The average size for the penis at age 13-14 can vary from 2-6.5 inches, it is all normal. and after his penis starts to grow, his testicles will drop lower causing his voice to get deeper. and finally at around 15-18 he will start to grow body hair and facial hair. a boys penis will grow from when he is 13 and should stop around 18.
