The speaker wire color codes on a 1993 Toyota Camry are yellow, green, red, and black. The wires have a harness on the end designed to allow for easy connection to speakers.
Check on the inside of the fuse panel cover; mine is the same color as the plastic molding and was hard to see.

There are for stereo wiring color codes. The red wire is the positive wire. The black wire is a ground wire. The green wire is the speaker wire. The white wire is the auxiliary wire.
Every wire behind the radio is seperately labeled as to where it goes.
The car stereo wiring color codes for a 1986 BMW 528e are easy to follow. The radio switched 12V+ wire is purple, the ground wire is brown. For the front speakers, the left front speaker wire (+) is yellow/red, the left front speaker wire (-) is yellow/brown, the right front speaker wire (+) is blue/red, and the right front speaker wire (-) is blue/brown. For the rear speakers, the left rear speaker wire (+) is yellow/blue, the left rear speaker wire (-) is yellow/gray, the right rear speaker wire (+) is blue/purple, and the right rear speaker wire (-) is blue/gray.
