They're not exactly babies, they're Moshlings. You can attract them by planting certain combos of flowers in your garden. Members can have lots and get a moshling zoo but non-members can only have two.

I know one uncommon moshling combo for Blurp the puffer fish. Its Pink love flower, any color love flower and any color moon flower. IT MUST BE IN THAT ORDER!
What are the moshling combos for the new moshlings?
To attract Moshlings you need to plant three seeds in your garden. You buy seeds from the stand on Main Street or at the Port. Each Moshling has a different combination so you need to work out the correct combination to attract the Moshling that you want. Keep planting seeds until you work it out! The Secret Moshlings may require you to do something extra special to get them, such as find a secret code or complete a mission.

How do you all the moshlings on moshi mosters?
Moshlings are little animals that roam around your monster's room. You can get them by growing flowers that attract them. These can be bought from the Moshling Seed Cart on Main Street or Super Seeds at the Port. Go to your moshling garden and click on the little red bag on the side of the screen. Then plant the seeds you have and check later to see if you have a moshling. Sometimes you don't get a moshling because the combination of seeds isn't correct but Keep Trying! You may also have to complete Super Moshi Missions to get some of the moshlings and the Secrets moshlings require a code to get one of the flower seeds needed.
