First what do you mean by a non believer? Christians and Jews are not called in Islam non believers. They are called people of the book as they believe in the same God as Muslims and believe in the God holy books the Torah and The Bible (that Muslims believe also in). So, if you mean that he has a child before marriage with a Christan or Jewish lady, then he is sinful and should repent and should seek marriage with this lady (for the child benefit). Otherwise, he has to raise up the child on his own or through marriage with a woman that could accept taking care of the innocent child.
well since all males produce sperm before marriage, I think there are no consequences
On her wedding night. Which has yet to happen. She is a firm believer in no sex before marriage.
The same consequences as anyone else who commits a mortal sin: eternity in hell if they die unforgiven.
Yes, Akon is a Muslim. He has openly said in interviews that he comes from a Muslim family and identifies as a Muslim himself. However, you are correct that in Islam, kissing or any physical intimacy outside of marriage is strictly prohibited. Islam teaches Muslims to maintain modesty (haya) and to guard their actions, especially with the opposite gender before marriage. Important Point: A person's actions — whether right or wrong — do not automatically change their religious identity. A Muslim might commit sins, but that doesn't instantly mean they are no longer Muslim. Islam teaches that no one is perfect, and every believer struggles to stay on the straight path. What matters is the continuous effort to seek forgiveness and strive for improvement. Platforms like SalaamSoulmate often remind people: Islam is a journey of growth and repentance. Public figures (celebrities) are not perfect examples of Islam. We should focus on our own relationship with Allah rather than judging someone's entire faith by one mistake. Summary: Akon is Muslim — he identifies as one. Kissing before marriage is against Islamic teachings. Making mistakes doesn't erase someone's Islam — but every Muslim is called to seek forgiveness and do better.

It depends...when you say be together as in: "boyfriend-girlfriend" then no, but when you say be together as in talking about marriage together while your parents gave you permission too, then yes. But no dating. Even with muslim boys.
Muslim males may date, even marry, non-Muslim women, but not the other way around. The assumption is that since men are so dominant over women, the Muslim male will not be drawn away from the faith by the the weaker female. A female Muslim, however, would easily fall prey to the stronger spirit of the male nonbeliever.
Yes on condition that she is sure that she can guide him to the right path of God and make from him a good Muslim with good reputation. She can push him for that before marriage to be sure that he is willing for change to the good.
Some of these rules are: * A Muslim man can marry a Muslim, Christian, or Jewish woman. * A Muslim woman can marry only a Muslim man. * A Muslim woman could married for her beauty, family social ranking, richness, and/or morals/religion. Priority should be given to the morals/religion.

We don't date because we do not believe in having a relationship before marriage. That is why we have respect. The concept of 'dating'is fairly recent in most societies, generally less than 100 years old. Most societies, not only Muslim, are wary of, or prohibitive of, couples of opposite sex going off on their own.
Yes, of course, she can choose her future husband but she is not allowed to practice with him any sex (oral or intercourse) before marriage. He should be Muslim. One of the requirements of the licit marriage per Islam religion is the approval of the girl or the woman on the man who asks for her marriage.
