well it depends on what you eat and when. But yeah, do want to loose weight? Well its good for that. Eating ones a day detoxes your body and becoming slim. I lost 90 pounds that way in only 4 months. And i still look good, i did not die or dissapear. Just be strong mentally

∙ 14y agoThe metabolism will suffer drastically, and it will take sometime of normal eating to return it to normal levels. You will convert most calories consumed into fat instead of muscle, because the body will be in a constant state of starvation, and react by storing all caloric intake as fat. It's much more beneficial to eat small meals throughout the day than one meal each day.
