Awards will be centered on right pocket (as viewed) or left (as worn). They will be approx. 1/8 inch above the pocket. The reason the AR 670-1 says approximately is because all pockets are sewn on the jacket differently. Some are straight, but most are crooked or ark at the top. The ribbon bars can be spaced 1/8 inch apart or they can be touching each other. Order of precedence goes from bottom right to top left as viewed. If your jacket flap is large and covers up your awards, you can get the staggered ribbon bars starting on your 4th row and up. You can also off-set any Class 1 awards (CIB, EIB, EFMB, etc.) to the right as viewed. The right edge of the award has to be flush with the right edge your awards though.
Distinctive unit crests are centered on the epaulettes between the shoulder seam and the button, top towards the collar.
Regimental crests are worn centered on the name tag above the right breast pocket.
It depends on your size. The tailor will cut the cloth to suit.

Something about this.
On social occasions when the prescribed uniform is the Army Blue Uniform, personnel who don't have one are authorized to wear the Army Green Uniform with white shirt and bow tie.
Those would correspond to typical suit sizes, and the individual to whom it belongs.
The three different uniforms for Army personnel are the Army Combat Uniform (ACU), the Army Service Uniform (ASU), and the Army Dress Blues. Navy personnel have the Navy Working Uniform (NWU), the Navy Service Uniform (NSU), and the Navy Dress Blues. Air Force personnel have the Airman Battle Uniform (ABU), the Service Dress Uniform (SDU), and the Mess Dress Uniform. Each uniform is designed for specific occasions and duties within each branch of the military.

No, the Army Commander's Award for Civilian Service ribbon is awarded by the U.S. Army and is not authorized for wear on Marine uniforms. Each branch of the military has its own set of authorized ribbons and medals.
Each stripe on the army dress uniform represents three years of service. It should be noted that other armed services' stripes equal four years.
