When I started in the district in 1988 the job description for reading specialist did require a reading license.

After reading up on him, I wouldnt suspect him to be one due to his lifstyle. But then I am not sure if he's not either. Not much evidence supporting or refruting wheather or not he is one of Jehovah's Witnesses or not.
