From what I know one of the biggest differences in that in a Hindu temple there will be statues of gods that will be worshiped and in a Buddhist temple there will be statues of Buddha who will be revered but not worshiped since he is not a god.
The are many schools of Buddhism and many sects in each school. many have monastic groups

Theravada, Mahayana, & Vajyana. The 2 most well known Buddhist sects are Zen & Tibetan. Zen falls under the Mahayana denomination, & Tibetan falls under the Vajyana denomination.
A Christian wedding is more lavish than a Buddhist wedding which is more hu,ble than a Christian wedding and they have lots of fun when being married :)

i doubt it , depends what kind of monk, there are many sects and beliefs within beliefs which would cause some monks not to want to do this
