The Apocrypha are several books not accepted by all Christians.

The Deuterocanon is a subset of Apocrypha used by the Catholic Church, that include all but 3 of the Apocrypha of the 1611 King James Bible.

In terms of books of The Bible, yes. Apocryphal has the meaning of 'hidden' works. Deutero-canonical is derived from second canon, as opposed to the (first) canonical books.
