Something IS something, directly for example
~ the sun is a balloon
Personification:
Giving an in-animate object life, for example
~ the table got up and walked
as the table cannot physically do this, this is called personification

ex- simile: Your reflection is as tiny as an ant
metaphor: Your reflection IS an ant
