what is the difference between inuit past and present?
A Saami (or Sami) is a member of the nomadic people of Lapland, located in northern Finland.
Both Inuit and Metis describe Aboriginal Canadians. The Metis have a mixed First Nations and European heritage, but are now considered distinct from First Nations and Inuit, but with equal recognition. The Inuit people are those not covered by either First Nations or Metis, but often mistakenly referred to as Eskimos which generally encompasses Inuit, Yupik and other circumpolar native peoples.
Prefered methods of the native peoples in the northern parts of the world; The Saami in northern Europe, the Chukchee in NE Russia, the Eskimo and Inuit along the northern tier of North America, who all make relatively soft 'bark tanned' leathers. Apears to be Alder bark. Though i have heard of the Saami using Birch bark as well.
Madurai Veeran Enga Saami was created on 1990-06-22.
