domicile in a legal perspective under common law it means a permanent residence while under civil law jurisdiction it means habitual residence, nationality on the other hand is a relationship between an individual and his state

you can be a national of more than one country while there is no person with double domicile

a person can be declared stateles while its not the same for domicile"no body is without a domicile"
