If you are talking intensity then the lowest tornado is an EF0 which creates estimated winds between 65-85 mph> An EF0 produces light damage such as missing shingles and broken tree limbs. The next strongest is an EF1 which creates estimated winds of 86-110 mph and moderate damage such as severely stripped roofs and overturned trailers. Then there is an EF2 which creates estimated winds 111-135 mph, tearing roofs from homes and destroying trailers.

And EF3 (136-165 mph) tears walls from homes and lifts trees into the air. An EF4 with estimated winds of 166-200 mph levels houses and strips bark from trees and the strongest which is an EF5 creates estimated winds of over 200 mph and blows well-built houses clean of their foundations.
