Quite often unless there is a problem with the computer, all that is needed to service a computer is:
-One or Two cans of compressed air, to clear hardware/vents/airways of dust
-A small vacuum, to collect dust
-A set of small screw drivers, preferably magnetic
-Pressurised motor lubricant, for fans/coolers
-And occasionally a pair of pliers may be needed.
That's the basics for a computer service however it is different for each computer. It is also worth always wearing disposable glove and an anti static wrist band, as static can possibly cause hardware to short circuit.
