There are many different kinds of work attitudes. For example, there is the 'job doer,' who is passionate about their work and focuses most of their attention on work related subjects. Another example is the 'job doer,' who works for the benefits, and not for the job itself. They may burn out in their career eventually. One more example is the 'job hater,' who is also working for the benefits, but they do a lot of complaining and are generally miserable on the job.

KMA is another way of saying "kiss my ass" usually associated with the job and retirement age. When you are able to retire, you have a different attitude towards your job.
An easier way to understand attitude is that attitude is a little thing that can make a big difference for example, if you go on a job interview with a bad attitude, you will not get that job because your attitude reflects on yourself and how you would act toward your future that is why attitude is very important to human nature because it reflects on you.
