Usually concrete mix comes in 40, 60 or 80 pound bags.
That depends on the dimensions of the bags. You can't equate weight to area or volume. A 50 pound bag of feathers is a lot bigger than a 50 pound bag of sand.

i would take about 54 40 pound bags to make a cubic yard each 40 pound bag is about 1/2 a cubic foot and there are 27 cubic feet per cubic yard.
I assumed here that you wanted a wall six inches thick...the answer is "more bags than you want to deal with." Specifically, at least 125 80-pound bags. The formula is: first, determine the volume of the item by multiplying the height (3 feet) by the length (50 feet) by the thickness (0.5 feet). This gives you 75 cubic feet. If the wall's thinner or thicker, of course this is going to change. Next, divide this by the number of cubic feet in a bag-- 0.30 cf per 40 pound bag 0.45 cf per 60 pound bag 0.60 cf per 80 pound bag This gives us our total bags...125 80-pound, 167 60-pound or 250 40-pound. Then add 10 percent more, just in case. This is the time I'd start thinking of other things to make from concrete, so I could order five yards of it. Five yards of premixed concrete will be cheaper than the three yards of bagged concrete you'll need, and you can't mix concrete fast enough to pour something this big.
Approximately, 40 cups
Every 80lb concrete bag should be mixed with 4 quarts or 3.7 liters of water. This mixture will allow you to place aproximately .60cu/ft of concrete. There are 27 cu/ft in a cu/yd. The number then becomes .0222 yards per 80lb bag. Therefore 45 bags of 80lb (4000 psi) concrete ready mix will be enough for 1 yard of concrete.
About 40. 1cuyd=27cuft.. 27cuft/(0.675cuft/90#bag) = 40 bags
About 30 to 40 drummettes come in a 5-pound bag. It depends on how much each drummette weighs. A 5-pound bag of drummettes will feed about 8 to 10 people.
AnswerThere is just under half (0.45) of a cubic foot in a 60 pound bag of quikrete. It takes 133 pounds of quikrete to make 1 cubic foot, so...- there is 0.6 cubic feet (80/133) in one 80 pound bag, and it takes one and two-thirds 80 pound bags of quikrete to make 1 cubic ft (133/80 = 1.66).- there is 0.45 cubic feet (60/133) in one 60 pound bag, and it takes about two and one-quarter 60 pound bags of quikrete to make 1 cubic ft (133/60 = 2.22).- there is 0.3 cubic feet (40/133) in one 40 pound bag, and it takes three and one-third 40 pound bags of quikrete to make 1 cubic ft (133/40 = 3.33).Multiply by 27 to get cubic yards (so it would take 3,591 pounds or 60 sixty pound bags to make a cubic yard). To further help calculate how much you need for your project, you can visit:http:/www.quikrete.com/Calculator/Main.asp#concrete
