Mendeleev ignored the order of Atomic Mass for few elements. He was not able to fix those elements which were having isotopes.
Firstly, he didn't discover it; the periodic table was invented. Secondly, he wasn't the one to invent it - although his work did contributem that was done by Gregor Mendeleev.

Johann Döbereiner discovered patterns in atomic masses that foreshadowed the periodic table. Please see the link.
who introduced the first Periodic Table
Elements are found on periodic table. Compounds are not present on periodic table. The table does not contains mixture.Elements can be found on a periodic table. Compounds can be made by bonding two or more elements. But they are not depicted on the periodic table.
Because he was a good scientist
Johann Wolfgang Döbereiner, the German chemist.
One of the things he discovered was LITHUIM. It is on the periodic table as Li. Your Welcome, _Unknown_ :)
Firstly, he didn't discover it; the periodic table was invented. Secondly, he wasn't the one to invent it - although his work did contributem that was done by Gregor Mendeleev.
the periodic table was was not found it was created by a few scientists names, Johann Dobereiner, Alexandre Beguyer de Chancourtois, Dimitri Mendeleev,Lord Rayleigh, William Ramsey, and Henry Moseley.
I think you mean "Who discovered the elementManganese?"Anyways, Manganese was discovered in 1774 by Johann Gahn.

atomic number
The name of the person working on periodic table in exactly 1800 is unknown. However the persons around that time were Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier in 1789 and Johann Wolfgang Döbereiner in 1817

A group in Periodic Table is the column of element in periodic table
It is called the Periodic Table of Elements.
