It depends on what kind of person you are. If you love books, then there are virtually no negative points to going to the library, except maybe not being able to find a book you were looking for. If you don't enjoy reading much, then you might find everything, from looking through the books on the shelves, that are organized by the Dewey decimal system, to having to be quiet, extremely inconvenient.
