Well, one disadvantage is the exspense of the ticket. Another is finding a seat and the last for me is waiting for a time or waiting for an intresting movie to come out.
There are a few disadvantages to film cameras. The film must be loaded correctly, exposed correctly, removed from the camera & developed. There is a some latitude in the process of exposing your film but unless you process & print your own film you are at the mercy of the film tech (or computer.)

Kodachrome film, while revolutionary for its vibrant colors, had several disadvantages. It required a complex and proprietary development process, which limited where it could be processed and often resulted in higher costs. Additionally, its sensitivity to light made it challenging to use in low-light conditions, and the film's graininess could detract from image quality, especially in larger formats. Finally, the need for specific chemicals for processing contributed to its environmental impact.
Fast film speed can lead to increased graininess in the images, which can reduce image quality. Additionally, fast film speed may have limited dynamic range and color accuracy compared to lower speed films. Fast film speed can also be more expensive than lower speed films.
In photography there are neither disadvantages nor advantages. There are differences.A film camera costs more to operate, you've got to develop the film and you've got to be careful about the light.OTOH, a digital camera whose images can be blown up to the size of the side of a pickup without falling apart is going to cost far more than $95, which is what I paid a pawn shop for the 35 I've been using for enlargements like that.AnswerOk i dont really know
Two disadvantages of the Edison kinetoscope were its limited viewing capacity, as it could only accommodate one viewer at a time, and its lack of sound, restricting the film experience to visual-only.
