∙ 11y agoFull employment has a knock-on effect on the other government macroeconomic objectives. This means that while GDP will be very high, so will inflation meaning that economic welfare won't really have been increased. Furthermore due to the increased production and GDP the governments balance of payments will become even more uneven as we import a lot more.
These are only the very basic ideas, they can be expanded
