A panel timber door is constructed of stiles (vertical pieces of timber) and rails (horizontal pieces of timber) that frame around panels (thinner sheets of timber).
In a frame the structure is not continuous throughout the panels of the building, but is in connected lines of structure that form a frame. For example in timber framed buildings: the timber is a structural frame that does not completely fill in the walls, roof and floor. These are clad over and lined within the framing to form panels. The framing bears the structural loads. In concrete or brick masonry construction: the walls are formed by the masonry units being put together to form solid walls. This means the loads of the building are distributed throughout the entire wall.
It is based on what is under the stucco. Typically, it is frame construction.
A brick house has walls made entirely of bricks. the outside walls are usually double brick wit an 1 1/2 inch cavity between them these walls are connected for strength with brick ties and the internal walls are are single brick.Brick veneer houses have a single brick skin around the outside with a similar cavity tied to a timber or steel frame the internal walls are also timber or steel and are finished with plasterboard sheets.
the correct answer is 120 days. You must analyze the relationship of people per house (10 people build 60 houses=6 houses per person over time span). 5 people would then build 30 houses in the exact same time frame.
Timber frame houses are the most difficult frame houses to construct. Due to the large heavy timber, these logs need alot of man power to lift. There are a few houses that are constructed with a timber frame.
There are a number of books available on the subject of timber frame construction, either from Amazon or a local bookshop. In addition, many specialist timber frame construction firms, such as Timber Frame Builders and Heavy Timber Truss & Frame, have extensive websites with information.

The advantages of timber frame construction are beauty, speed of building erection and the use of stress-skin panels for super insulation and energy efficiency. The main disadvantage is cost - timber frames are beautiful, but expensive. A great web site to visit to learn more about timber framing is http://www.vermonttimberworks.com/index.html

One would more then likely find a timber frame being built at a lumber company. They would likely have a contractor on site as part of, or on the side to build these frames for houses. Costs may vary for them as they could also cost less then a standard stick frame.

It all depends on the wall construction. Timber frames can have conventionally framed 2x walls or SIP (structural insulated panel) walls. If the walls are made up of normal 2x4 or 2x6 studs, insulation can be installed or replaced in between the studs. If the walls are SIP's the insulation is already there. To see a typical timber frame SIP wall configuration, see the link below.
The main building material in the Turkish house is wood, and the main building method is generally timber frame. The details of wood construction are very simple; simple joints and nailed bindings were preferred over complicated joint details. Timber frame construction also allows more windows, building projections and wider eaves. This provided control over climatic conditions, and enabled the building to breathe in humid climates which, in turn, helped prevent condensation and moisture in the rooms. So wood, brick, cement, mortar......
