http://www.worldwidelearn.com/online-education-guide/engineering/electrical-engineering-major.htm Electrical engineers design, develop, and test electrical equipment. The broad field of electrical engineering involves working with all manners of electronic devices, from pocket calculators to supercomputers. Often overlapping with computer engineering, a college degree in electrical engineering can open up the door to a technical career in almost any industry. Since technology is always changing and expanding, the need for electrical engineers is always growing.

In electrical engineering, shunt means 'parallel'.
NO, EEE is better then the electrical engineer
As an Electrical engineer I will say both will be better in the future. Think about it logically, as technology improves there will always be better and smarter computers that need to be manufactured. And again as technology improves, so will electronics. You will have more and more of each. The only thing is with electrical engineering you have WAY more options in terms of career path. You can be working on projects with medical companies designing radiology machines or you can be working with Sony and designing new TV's....but with computer engineering your limited to working with computers...
Electrical Engineering.
The main conclusion is that Electrical Engineering is a good thing.
Electrical engineering is low voltage, logic circuits, communications etc. Power engineering is electrical transmission and the like. You want EE.
