If the President does a good job, it is good to have him serve two terms. It gives him more time to implement his programs and complete any missing parts. On the other hand, if he does a bad job, even one term is too long. There are no special disadvantages in having a president for two terms-- a two term president is no more likely to do a bad job in his second term than an unknown is to do a bad job in his first and the voters know more about a man who has already served most of a term.
