When people build a dam, there would be a side with alot of water, and the other side would have very little amout of water. So the tribal people would not get alot of water then they had before. They would have little amount of water to drink and water to wash things like there clouths. Also they would lose a big amount of food, fish. They wouldn't have fish to catch anymore. That's what dams cause to tribal people.
