Short-term: Happiness/excitement, sleepiness, giggles, hunger, bad short-term memory, depending on how much you smoke you could hallucinate (but that requires a ridiculous amount), cotton mouth, uncontrollable salivation (this has happened after smoking A LOT). Most of this varies from person to person and is relative to how much you smoke. Some weed is more a head/mental/internal high whereas others are more of a body high.
Long-term: maybe some coughing (this only happened when I first started smoking somewhat regularly and once your body gets used to it it goes away), bad short-term memory sometimes.
P.S.: To me, the pros outweigh the cons of smoking. It has not had any terrible negative effects on me thus far.

This depends on the method of ingestion. When smoking marijuana the effects can be felt almost straight away. When eating marijuana cooked in food the effects can be felt in 10 - 15 minutes or longer However long term effects are not seen until after years of continued use
Yes, marijuana can be laced with DMT. DMT can be made stable in a powdered form, at which point you can put it into a marijuana cigarette or whatever you use to get high. HOWEVER... The effects of DMT are so much stronger than the effects of marijuana that you wouldn't even notice the pot. DMT is an extremely potent drug. Marijuana CAN be laced with DMT, but it is an unnecessary and wasteful practice.
Tobacco and marijuana have different effects on health and society. Tobacco is linked to serious health issues like cancer and heart disease, while marijuana is associated with less severe health risks. In society, tobacco use is more widely accepted and regulated, while marijuana use is still controversial and illegal in many places.
