When children usually get home from school or wherever they come from, they usually plop down on the couch and turn on the TV. If an adult does the same thing, their brain span is the equivalent of a child. This is not healthy for an adult, nor a child. Cartoons are alright to watch sometimes, but all the time is unhealthy. Adults should exercise or do something that helps the brain like cooking.

"The average human brain has about 6 trillion cells. Don't watch too much tv, it ruins your brain cells." This figure appears to be way off. A quick search on Google will bring up a surprising variety of different numbers, but the consensus from scientific sources is around 100 billion brain cells, maybe ranging from 50 billion to 200 billion in an adult.
this can effect children in various ways, but does not have a strong effect, (only if the proceedings are continuous) side effects can be the eyes being weak, and brain cells mandatorilly destroyed if watched everyday
