One of the main effects of too much eating will be weight gain yes, but the person who is eating too much will encounter their energy levels depleting, hair and skin turn to an off color and be unhealthy. There are many health problem that come from eating too much, such as blood pressure problems, heart problems, and even kidney problems.
Eating too many calories will result in all of the excess calories / energy being sotred in the body. This is almost always throguh fat or by the increase of fat cells in the body. If you eat too much, you could also get sick if your body is not used to eating so much.
