There is no effect... music is music. The only "effect" is the negative stereotypes spawned by those who can't seem to grasp the concept that everbody likes what they likes and are who they are. It' s no different than rap, screamo, bluegrass, etc., etc. It has a certain sound and its meant to express feelings or for the love of music itself. And for those idiots that want to disagree and say it's a negative influence on the youth and is one of the many causes for disorder in the world, think again. I am living proof that it is not at the age of 17. Death, war, disease, and lies made by the many are.
